Our Lease is up at the end of May and we will be moving out before that day. Here are some reasons that this is the worst place I have ever lived.

1. Our move in checklist has still not been finished, we still have broken cabinet doors, the tracks to the laundry room are broke, the vents for the dryer are clogged...still, the carpet around the tiling at the front door is not secured to the concrete floor that is underneath. and thats only what on the move in checklist.

2. HUGE bug problem, lady bugs like you have never seen. I have picked up and counted over 300 in a 2 weeks time. Roaches that ar so big they could devour a small dog. Centipedes and spiders in every closet. Bee's all over the patio from where they won't replace the rotting wood that makes up our patio.

3. MOLD EVERYWHERE. WHEN YOU HAVE A LEAK IN YOUR WATER HEATER YOU EXPECT IT TO GET FIXED PRETTY SOON, RIGHT...WRONG. FOR OVER A MONTH WE HAD MOLD ALL AROUND OUR HALLWAY IN BOTH HALL CLOSET AND IN THE WATER HEATER CLOSET. AT THE SECOND MONTH OF THE PROBLEM NOT BEING FIXED MY FIANCE STARTED HAVING SEVERE SINUS INFECTIONS WHERE HIS NOSE WOULD JUST POUR BLOOD, CONSTANT MIGRAINES, AND VOMITING, THIS STILL CONTINUES, BY THE WAY. ONE DAY I WAS WALKING THROUGH THE HALL WITHOUT MY CONTACTS IN AND I NOTICED SOMETHING YELLOWISH BROWN COMING FROM UNDERNEATH ONE OF OUR RARELY USED CLOSETS. I OPENED THE DOOR THERE WERE HUGE MUSHROOMS GROWING ALL IN OUR CLOSET FROM THE MOLD. THIS TOOK ANOTHER 2 WEEKS TO GET THIS PROBLEM FIXED. WE ARE ACTUALLY GOING TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU ABOUT THIS AND SOMEONE JUST MIGHT BE GETTING SUED.

4. The noise levels are ridiculous and they refuse to say anything to any of the neighbors. We have called the police numerous times since the staff won't say anything to these people, but the neighbors conviently don't answer the door.

5. Never parking spots, when we first moved in it was 60% occupancy and we really didn't have problems. Now it's 98% and its nothing but trash.

6. My husband is a police officer and his truck and his patrol car has had the cd player stolen and had all four tires slashed. Staff's response..'NOT OUR PROBLEM'.

7. When we are at the pool that is never clean, people are dealing drugs in front of the children. one couple left a bag of cocaine on a chair next to us in plain view then played in the pool, whe we told the staff all they did was ask them to leave because they were making out in the pool in front of children.

8. In the past 2 months, over 25 cars have been vandilized and had things stolen.

9. THEY HAVE RAISED RENT. WHY WOULD I WANT TO PAY OVER 700 A MONTH TO LIVE SOMEWHERE LIKE THIS WHEN THEY SHOULD BE PAYING US TO PUT UP WITH ALL THE TRASH AND SCUM BAGS THAT LIVE AND WORK HERE.

10. Oh and before I forget...our apartment has flooded 3 times because the pipe under our apartment is sagging..all they need to do is take 30 minutes to call someone out here to put in a new pipe...which would cost less than repeated visits to unclog the pipes, since it is only in a small spot...this problem could be fixed for under $150.
