I moved in last July. The property manager was not too nice. My Ac unit was broke and they sent out a repair guy several times to recharge the freon. The unit was fried. It took 2 months of record high summer heat before they finally gave us a new (oversized) unit. Since then the manager was replaced by the next in line Stacy and following her is Mitchell. Since this change I have had no problems, anything I brought up was quickly addressed. I have never had problems with parking, save once when i came home at like 3 in the morning. I can hear my upstairs neighbors walking and thats about it. They play guitar until late and stomp around a lot, but it is a freaking apartment. When I moved in I had a huge problem with bugs, namely fruit flies. Only the cold winter was able to kill em. I have had no problem with them since. All in all I can say it hasn't been bad except for right when I moved in, I was miserable, but since the office change it has been a breeze. I have lived in many many apartments and can whole-heartedly say that the office crew is by far the best that I have ever encountered. You get charged like 20 per person in water per apt. There are a lot of kids that have no respect for moving cars. This has been addressed by the staff appropriately. 2 big down-sides here don't have anything to do with the apartments themselves. 1 - the post office in hermitage will NOT leave packages at your door or with the office. ( someone steals stuff THE POST LADY ) 2. Comcast here is awful. My internet goes out like a 15 year old girl. Goes out all the time and never comes back when they say it will.

Correction 5.20.07 - new post master will leave packages from USPS at the office again. I am sad to be leaving here as the staff is really truly amazing.
