the filled with screaming children side' or the window blasting bass and drug dealer side... there's also the pool, which is never clean, about 2 degrees cooler than it is outside, if there aren't tons of bugs feasting off the water that you have your mosquito-bite ridden flesh in..careful not to open your eyes near those jets, the chlorine might burn your corneas to a crisp... bugs..are a HUGE problem. they spray once every time they feel like it and the guy comes it and squirts a little of the stuff around and calls it good, and gets annoyed when i ask him to be kinda thorough near the sliding glass doors since ants run amok all over the rotting porch. word tot he wise- a fresh coat of pain doesn't fix wood rot... just a little 411 your way. The lawn care workers who clean up the property are some of the most unprofessional I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with..do not live here if you have underage or teenage daughter, these and other 'on lookers' WILL ogle them..children run around like chicken without heads, riding bikes right into he parking lot and oncoming traffic with no regard, there is NEVER parent supervision and there are always underage children at the pool without adults present, they graffiti up the breezeways with crayons, markers and chalk, run water from the tap and flood the outside of your door, slam doors constantly and other things of that sort. The neighbors we've had the pleasure of tangling with are SEVERELY noisy, a few in particular that make you want to stay inside and hide... the noise is that of an apartment.. but you can hear all comings and goings on outside from the confines of your bathroom seeing as the walls are a generous two sheets of paper thin..you can and will hear ppl running their washers, their baths, walking, talking dogs barking. your dishwasher may or may not work, your oven may or may not heat your food as well as a 'real' oven should and your refrigerator will keep things a freezing 68* ...so don't plan on buying any ice cream anytime soon unless you like to drink it...The ONLY good thing about like here on the flaming brimstone is the management. Nice, polite, easy going. Can't blame them tho. it's the company and the ppl who live here, not the management. they try..but it's hard with all the crap that goes on here...my lease is up in a few months..and i don't think I'd ever be so glad to leave such a place as the 5th circle of hell... and i lived on the HOT side..If you like that kind of torture by all means, my lease is up in a few months.by all means.TAKE IT....PLEASE
