First let me say its great that this service is available to people looking for an apartment and giving people a voice good or bad to tell others in the market for an apartment what they have experienced.My experience at Spinnaker cove was very unpleasant to say the least.I also like many had a severe bug problem...A Brown recluse bug problem...thats right 4 found over a 2 month period.You would have thought the mice ,also in the apartment (2) caught in a two day span, would have eaten them but I guess they were full from the hosts of other spiders and bugs.I did enjoy the weekends out on the balcony at night often watching the Police Helicopter searching for bandits who had fallen from grace in the area.I had problems with a neighbor with 7 bird feeders above me which also attracted squirels.Did you know that when squirrels are threatened they will bark at you,they actually BARK!! ..So I didnt go out on the balcony often after that during the day.Its a shame they dont like spiders though.I asked the neighbor above me to please not wash off her balcony of bird crap and uneaten seed onto me down below and told her that her feeders were attracting birds that pooped on my hand rail while waiting their turn at the feeder and Im talking large amounts.I called the management at some point which only infuriated Bird lady so guess what ,,More feeders...and then made complaints to management about my noise ..while I was at work....bogus police calls even ..while I was at work...2 times.I had my patio furniture thrown off my balcony on one of these occasions while I was at work.The assitant manager wasnt friendly at all and honestly I dont think she liked her job.The manager however at the time was very nice but did lie to me about why my building had burned down...She told me that a dog jumped onto a stove while its owner was cooking and somehow caught fire and then ran under a bed.this led to the entire building burning .I found out later that some people had been working on the air conditioner and didnt know what they were doing obviously.lets see... oh yea..My vehicle was stolen...Im not kiddin even a little bit.So I eventually broke my lease and hurt my credit to get away from there....If I were you ...
