I lived in a 2 bdrm for 1 year and a 3bdrm for 3 years on two different levels.My biggest complaint was that both apartments were terribly drafty and unbeliveably cold during the winter (no insulation in walls and cheap windows), which caused ridiculous NES bills. No matter how high the heat was turned up it felt like you were still standing outside. The management changed hands several times. The first time it changed they discontinued the equity program where you got credit/vouchers for a percentage of your rent to apply towards the purchase of a house. That was the main reason why I moved there. Spiders were a big problem. I have seen more spiders in the last 4 years than I have ever seen in my entire life - and many different kinds. Maintenance was not a problem. They always came promptly. Management was ok. It changed so many times it became hard to keep up with. The current group don't seem to communicate with each other well. They don't always pass important messages to the entire staff which causes tenants inconvenience.
