To start off, there is only one dumpster. It is so full that people pile their trash in the front of it on a regular basis. It stinks!!! There are flies and all sorts of other creepy crawlies surrounding it. The management has changed yet AGAIN! In the 2 1/2 years I have lived here, it has changed 4 times. It was great at first, but since the complex was sold and the 1st manager left it seems to go from bad to worse. If you need something repaired, you might as well do it your self, because maintenance takes their sweet time getting around to it. And when they do finally come to fix something, they make themselves right at home. Something comes up missing every time they come in my apartment. And on top of that they sit and watch my TV. I couldn t tell you how many times I have come home to the TV being on and the lights. Then management acts like they have done you a favor by fixing their building. The apartments are overpriced and severely outdated. There are BIG spiders year round. The apartment isn t insulated well, is drafty in the winter time and hard to keep cool in the summer. It is so bad here, the old residents are leaving saying they have had enough. The people that have been allowed to move in here in the past few months look like they belong at trailer parks and project housing. I worry that my car or apartment will be broken in to any day. I don t even feel safe at night. Kids are allowed to ride skate boards and bikes in the parking lot unsupervised. They ride right out in front of cars and don t watch where they are going. A couple months ago, I came home to about 6 police cars in front of my building; apparently someone had been shooting a gun. The only reason I signed another lease was because the last manager swore that things would get better, now she is gone. I can not wait until my lease is up and I am seriously considering breaking it. Of course I will have to give a 60 day notice and pay an extra month. I will never live here EVER again, nor will I ever recommend that someone else move in. If you are considering moving in here, drive around the complex in the evening and talk to some of the other residents. You will change your mind I promise!

I agree. When we moved in everything was great, management was on top of their game, now you're lucky to find anyone in the office. The pest control is non existent, the office loses packages on a regular basis, and yes after maintenance came by a laptop came up missing (but I'll never prove it was them).
