I wrote the review on 12/29/08 & have been moved out for 1 month & love being gone don't miss it for nothing! When I turned my keys in on 2/28/09 I also paid the water bill that was due at that time knowing I'll have 1 more water bill due for the rest of Feb that hadn't billed at that point but I knew I'll owe it come April. Well nothing came in the mail as of 3/30 so I called was told the water bills were late & wait a few days & I should get it, the next day I called back 3/31 explained I do not want to be late paying etc I need my total was told it was $688 for water WTF! I was told right then & there I didn't pay Feb 09 rent I said I did then was told I didn't pay Dec 08 rent I'm like look I'm on my way there w/all my receipts. When I got to the office I had brought Aug 08-present receipts. it went from me not paying Feb 09 to not paying Dec 08 rent to not paying Mar-April 08 water to you owe $688 to you owe $486 they cannot even keep their stories straight needless to say I didn't leave until they figured it out which to me they didn't they just said you owe water for Feb 15-28th $36.09 to me that's still high & was the same exact water bill total I paid when I moved out yeah I think they saw the last bill & ran w/that. So I paid them their $36.09 & got in writing that I'm done w/them for life. So another question I had why didn't I ever receive a statement via mail I left them my forwarding address etc. I do believe they tried to set me up. I wouldn't recommend this place at all please do not live here! These are some shady people & not worth the stress to deal w/on a day to day basis. Another thing if I didn't pay rent or water do you think I'd still been living there I'd been thrown out & I never agreed the way they do the water bills it's not metered & the bills come from Georgia. In my new place it's so quiet & the water bills comes straight from Metro & metered & I must say I have a very low water bill go figure!

I now live @ the Hamptons @ Woodland Pointe. It is more expensive but it's luxory & getting what I pay for so far so good w/them let me know if your interested @ the hamptons who knows maybe we can split the referral cost :)

i JUST MOVED INTOTHESE APTS AND ALREADY CAN SEE THAT THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIVE TO MAINTANENCE PROBLEMS.WE HAVE NOW DISCOVERED WE AREOVERRUN WITH ANTS AND THE TOILET IN THE MASTER BEDROOM EITHEROVERFLOWS OR BUBBLES ALL NOT. FEELS LIKE WE MADE A MISTAKE. WISH I HAD READ THESE REVIEWS FIRST.
