I am a current resident and I would not recommend Spinnaker Cove, Hermitage, TN. Yes, there are roaches. Yes, there are mice. Yes, the dumpster gets so full people pile hundreds of bags in front of it. The office staff leaves much to be desired. I can't seem to get my garbage disposal fixed and finally gave up. The other things I reported that needed to be fixed were ignored. I'll be glad to leave when my lease is up. Oh, and you have to pay for trash and H2O--about $25-50 per month.

I haven't experience roaches/mice in my apt/bldg but the above comment is correct the staff sucks to the 5th power! They could care less! It's just the new company/owner took over last March & things have went down since. I wouldn't recommend this complex b/c of the staff the apt well my apt was nice 1bdr/1 bath. I recently moved out 3 days ago after being there for 3 yrs. Things have went down hill the neighbors suck too!
