I am a current resident and unfortunately I have lived here several years. In the past 3 years this place has gone through so many management and staff changes it in unbelievable. The most recent leasing agents are Danielle and Jerry, if she is still here and who knows who the manager is this week. Yesterday I went to the office to pick up a package and Jerry was with some unfortunate soul that had decided to lease an apartment here. I stood there and waited for him to at least acknowledge me but he never did. After abut 5 minutes he finally told the manager that someone was standing there but not to hurry because I was on the phone. I said to him the only reason that I am still on the phone is because no one has bothered to ask me what I needed or even to look in my direction, THANK YOU! He rolled his eyes at me like a high school girl would have how flamboyant this one is! Aside from the staff being RUDE (aside from Danielle she seems to be the only one with a brain and manners), the building maintenance has suffered. Not only is an overflowing dumpster a "normal" sight, the doors where the electric meters are have been ripped off and laying on the ground for some time now. Not that anyone there cares that there are children that live in this complex and could possible be injured by having access to this area. About 5 months ago I asked that someone come fix my vertical blinds in my apartment because they are so old they keep breaking off every time I open them. The quality of the residents has decreased drastically as well. When I moved in here, there was some criteria that had to be met before you were allowed to lease, now it seems at though they are accepting section 8 vouchers. About 2 weeks ago several cars were vandalized (egged and tires slashed) I bet they don t bother to tell potential residents that tidbit of information. I no longer feel safe here. Do yourself a favor instead of renting here and paying so much more than the other apartments go somewhere else.

I have to agree w/the above comments. I have recently moved out as of 2/28/09 i lived there for 3 yrs & it was way better @ 1st. Now I feel like I was a good tenant paid on time, kept my apt clean got along w/other tenants, but enough is enough, so I actually put in a 90 day notice (get everything in writing w/them!) & I found another apt & loving it much better now. I wouldn't recommend these apts even though I liked my apt here. When I left I cleaned my apt really good every room etc & took pictures b/c I'm sure they "may" try something so I have proof it was clean & nothing damaged, I keep you posted.
