We just left a couple weeks ago and are happy to be gone. We lived here for just under a year and it went downhill the entire time we were there. Maintenance took a while, and the office staff was often confused or messed up with the billing and random notices. Also, since they got rid of their courtesy *metro* officer, the crime has gone way up. Recently, the police have been there a lot for car break-ins and such. Also, the quality of neighbors seems to have gone downhill.
So, its not horrible, but personally, I wouldn't recommend it.
