This apartment is literally a health hazard. My wife and I had to get medical help due to a serious black mold problem in apartment 1112. The mold was even growing large mushrooms. The mold and mushrooms were in almost every room of this apartment. Even after we asked for assistance too many times to count the management refused to fix the mold problem. They painted over once with regular paint and refused to address it after the mold came through again. My wife had an unexpected miscarriage with no medical reasoning. We strongly believe it was due to the black mold in the apartment. Black mold is known to cause death. When we found out we were pregnant again we moved out 1 month early, they actually sued us for 3000 dollars for one months rent when they were in violation of multiple health laws!! Our upstairs neighbor had "johns" in and out all hours of the night and noise problems on a regular basis. It was no secret here that I am a police officer and was still approached numerous times from residents and random trespassers to purchase drugs. My truck was broken into more than once. And even my marked police car was vandalized! The management advised me it wasn't there problem. Not only is this complex ghetto and dangerous but it could cost you your health.

Even though I didn't have a mold/health issue I still had issues. I lived in apt 1317 for 3 yrs & the last 1-1 1/2 yrs of living there it went down hill fast! Bottom line don't live here don't even inquiry about living here. I've been gone since Feb 09 & love where I'm @ now!
