The overall upkeep of the apartment complex is poor. The breezeways are always littered with trash, dirt, and spiderwebs coat the walls in the breezeways. Even calling the property manager and making a request to have my breezeway cleaned still did not help. We have been through 5 property managers in less than a year. The brezzeway lights were burned out for a week and I had to call the Regional property manager to have the lights changed. I called the office and even made trips to the main office for 5 days and no one changed the lights. At night, you could not see a thing. Someone could have fallen going up or down the stairs. I could not even see out of my peephole. Major safety issue. The complex has not been sprayed for bugs in close to 2 years. When I called the main office, they informed me they do not spray for bugs anymore because it is too expensive and yet many of the tenants are having issues with insects. Our air conditioning unit in the apartment started to leak and it took maintenace over a week to do anything about it. The walls were water stained and mold had started to grow. Maintence just painted over the mold!! Many of the units are currently empty because long time residents are moving. I could go on and on, but won't. It is not like this complex is located in a bad part of town. It has gone downhill since the new management company has taken over. Just stay away!!!
