I have lived at the Arbours for almost 3 years. The staff is great! I live in an end unit so the noise between apartments is a rare thing. Most of the community does scare me. There are kids running all over the place....at all hours. Makes me wonder if they have parents. Late at night there are teenagers loitering around. My car has gotten broken into several times. The security is horrible here. It has gotten worse since they installed a gate! I guess they are gating the crime in' That is when the gates work! I have never seen a bug in my apartment. And when there is a problem, the staff is very quick at getting someone out to look at it. The apartments do need some updating. Which the apartment has been working on. They have installed microwaves, which is nice. The biggest thing that bothers me are the walls in the apartment. They are textured, similar to what you would have on your ceiling. It is the ugliest thing I have ever seen. Plus the dust collects on it because it is not a smooth surface. When we moved in, the rent was reasonable....but over the years they have raised the rent to match the new apartments going up around. For the price it is almost tempting to move into a new apartment, but to lazy to move.
