Needs a new Property Manager

Ruth Ann Wilson is the most unprofessional person I had ever met in my life. She makes rules up as she goes, letting some residents bend them and not others. When dealing with her, she is extremely rude...She threatens you and raises her voice to you over lease disagreements. The Arbours of Hermitage would be a good place to live if the district manager would get rid of Ruth Ann and let Charlene ( the assistant manager) take her place.
