The apt size is what made me move here. It is a nice size 1 bedroom compared to newer apt complexes. The living room is pretty good size and I needed room to breathe.

The office people are nice when you are signing the lease. After that it can be a struggle. It seems they are nice some times and they are rude some times. If they are having personal problems or issues with other tenants, I would appreciate that it not be taken out on me - but who knows'

The people who live above me have their alarm clock set earlier than mine. And it is on the maximum volume level. Wakes me up every morning. I complained about it but still hear it every morning without fail.

There is a gate but it hardly ever works. There are a lot of brats running around here. There are tons of stray cats. Some parking annoyances. Maintenance is okay. And here's a big tip - THEY USE EVERY CHANCE THEY GET TO UP THE RENT! This is an older complex with fewer ammenities and they have the same prices and the newer and nicer complexes - so beware!
