Living at the Arbours was not a good experince for me! I am so glad to be out of there. The people who work there are very rude! They were only nice when I was handing them a check. I also paid a $300 dollar pet deposit and $20 a month for my pet. I recently moved out and just got something in the mail today saying I have to pay $455 for damages for the pets! Also, the deadline for the payment is tomorrow or they will turn me in to the collection agency. I just receive the letter today! We called and they said the pet deposit and monthly payment is non refundable and there is nothing that we can do about it except pay for it. I have lived other places and they were not as rude and I know when you live in an apartment that they try and get all the money they can out of you but The Arbours REALLY tries to get every penny out of you!!!! Also, when I lived there my electric bill was over $300 one month in the winter and no less then $200. So if you are trying to save money this is not the place you want to live. The only good thing was that the maintenance workers were always on time and fixed things in a timely manner. Other than that living there was bad. I would definitely NOT recommend ANYONE to this place!!!!
