Well, here is my story. I just moved from The Arbours on 7-20-07 but my lease was not up until August 31st. Doing the good thing I payed that months rent, turned in my keys early and moved. I was told to keep the electric on until my lease was up so I did. Half way into the month of August I get a notice from the electric company that my service had been transfered. I called The Arbours and come to find out they started renting my apt on the 16th of August. Double dipping, money hungry are we' They said they have the right to do that since I turned my key in early. And now I cant get anyone from Corporate to call me back on the matter. Plus that means they were showing my apt, came in and repainted, and cleaned the carpet, etc. using MY electric that I had to pay. God help me if I needed to move back for some reason, someone else is living in my apt now!!! Other than that they were ok. Oh yea and the gate is ALWAYS breaking in the winter, so you shouldnt have the "Gated Community" price during the winter, its a joke. And there drug policy is a joke to (Suppose to me a drugfree comunity or something like that), I lived next door to a crackhead/dealer.
