How unfortunate for the Arbours of Hermitage that only the people who do not pay rent on time, who cannot take responsibility for signing a CONTRACT, who destroy the apartments are the only ones who post a review.

My neighbor has been here over 30 years and is very happy here, obviously why would they stay somewhere so bad for such a long time.

I have lived here for over 4 years total and love the staff, my neighbors, the maintenance staff. No it isn't new but you get more for your money and if you are a responsible person then you will love this place. The teenieboppers who are just now letting go of momma's apron strings probably won't like it because you are held responsible to be good neighbors, follow policy, pay your rent ON TIME (why should someone have to put a sign out to remind you rent is due, IT's THE FIRST OF THE MONTH)

And corporate.... well I was injured by a siding screw in the foot in 2000 when they first sided the complex, it went two inches into my foot and they paid my hospital bill, paid my time off from work and I got my check from corporate 2 weeks after filing the claim. I doubt that the person that fell in the hole or whatever they fell in will not be compensated if they actually hurt themselves due to the property being at fault.
