Oh My God
Run for your life these apartments are full of brown recluse spiders, roaches and all kinds of other creepy crawlers not to mention the black mold everywhere. They try to hide it by painting over it but it is there waiting to reek havoc on your children s lungs. AIMCO the management company has so many law suits on them over the mold problems that you will need to stand in line at the court house to file your case. I am very unhappy with these apartments and was completely misled as to there condition.
