I am coming up on being here for a year, i have been miserable here. Cars in my area have been keyed, broken into and the lights outside the buildings were broken and not working for a majority of the time i have been here. i have no complaints against the maintenance guys, they are great and get things done in a timely fashion. most of the office staff is great, but i have had problems with one of the staff members. don't think of voicing an opinion that differs from your own, she will not listen or care. super sweet and kind too you when you sign a lease but once your here BAM, no longer cares what your issues are. It is all very frustrating. I was with their sister company The Trails over on Bell Rd and Stewart's Ferry and i was so happy there, i should have renewed my lease with them. My lease is up the beginning of Feb 2009 and i am out of here.
