I have lived in the Arbours for a few months now, and cant wait for my lease to be up! The pricing on the apts arent bad, but thats just because they make you live with brown recluses and massive roaches! ive only see 1 brown recluse, but the roaches are MASSIVE and all over the place. oh, and be sure not to get spoiled by the electric bill during the warmer months. the apts arents insulated, trust me theres a hole in the wall behind our refridgerator.. no fluffy yellow stuff! and dont believe what they say about givin you a gas card when you sign a lease, im still waiting on mine. and if youre nice enough to recommend Arbours to someone.. you wont get any money like youre supposed to. the gate sucks during the winter, and im pretty sure i live next to a drug dealer... he pulled into the apts in an Escalade on 26's... nuff said.
