Okay, but some things need to be fixed From: rentaplace2006 Date posted: 1/5/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   We moved in to our apartment about 2 weeks ago. We do have air conditioning units outside our window, but they really don't bother us at all. It's just like in a house. The only things that I can complain about, which are two big things, are the water pipes and parking. Parking, as discussed by other people, is awful. They have parking garages which no one uses and covered parking spots, of which only about half are used, that could be perfectly good spots. Also, I know in our apartment, you can hear the upstairs flushing their toilet every once in a while. It's like hearing a waterfall. In the living room, whenever anyone on the other two floors uses their dishwasher, there is a banging noise in our wall (which i assume is the water pipes) for about 1 minute. Other than that, they are good apartments. For what we pay a month though, I didn't expect to hear my neighbor's water.
