This USED to be a nice place to live, courteous staff, a homey feel. That has gone out the window, with rude office folks and crooked things goin on. The water bill skyrocketed, they said rates were averaged for everyone, but if you had a complaint and registered it timely each month, they would adjust it down a few bucks. Sounds like a scam to me. I had 2 garages, both of which were broken into, had deadbolts installed, then one was broken into again, stealing my bicycles. The gates are ALWAYS broken, allowing non-residents to use the pool late at night (something they're always struggling with).
The last month I was there, I heard a gunshot in the breezeway 10 feet from my door, and weekly break-ins of 10-12 cars were not uncommon. As with other posters here, I encountered BAD allergies because of the mold epidemic (a mold addendum you must sign is part of the lease) eventually leading to 2 trips to the emergency room, discovering I had developed asthma. Also upon move-out, (like another poster) was not notified of a final bill until we got a letter from a collection agency.
This place now just sucks, and I ended up having to spend extra money just to get the hell outta there. New house now (twice the size, same payment) and no allergies. Do yourself a favor, steer clear of this disaster.
