I have lived here many months and can tell you, a slum would be a better place to live.

If you move here, you will have to contend with a resource officer who never returns your calls, management who is powerless to do anything, and, if you're lucky, you'll get my apartment which is right under the drug dealers.

If you have a serious problem like I have, it will either be ignored or not dealt with except for vague promises.

And you will find yourself in my position, where you aren't moving out, you're escaping.

Until the dealers moved in this place was generally fine but its obvious they aren't equipped to handle much at all.

The rent for a one bedroom is astronimical, you could get a two bedroom elsewhere for the same price or less.

In my honest opinion, you don't want to live here unless you're lucky enough to get put in the senior citizen's building where things are quiet.
