I have read the other reviews and I will have to agree with most of them. I have a couple of large spots of mold in my apartment and I even had a wall leak! The maintenance staff just kind of brushed it off. I like my apartment because I have lots of space but I am ready to move! The people that live above me have no consideration for the people around them. One of the reasons that I liked the community when I moved was because it was gated. Well, don't expect the gate to work! Most of the time, it stands wide open. I would suggest anyone wanting to move in consider all the remarks made by the other people who have rated the property before signing the lease.
