We have lived at Waterford Landing since July. At first it was great, we couldn't believe we were getting a good deal on a nice place, then we ssaw the real Waterford Landing. The security gate is a joke, it works for about a week and then someone drives there car through it and it takes at least three months to get fixed. One of ther maintenance staff lives in our building and has a large dog. The dog runs the property with no collar or leash, usually tring to get into cars while people are tring to get out. We have talked with the manger of the property, local animal control, and the company which owns the apartments and have had no luck resolving this problem. With six months left in our lease, we are already looking for a new home. Don't move to Waterford Landing, they can not give you what they promised and what you are paying for.
