Waterford Landing

A nice place to live -- it is the residents who make it otherwise From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/16/2003 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2003   I have lived at Waterford Landing since 1999. There have been ups and downs as far as management, but overall we have had a great experience which is why we still live there. Perhaps those who have posted such negative reviews should look to themselves for the solution -- their claims are very outlandish and do not reflect the property which I live in. Waterford Landing has the best maintenance staff I have ever had to deal with at an apartment community. They are prompt in their response and they do the job right the first time.
