THE good and the bad

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
First the good:the maintenance staff is very courteous and very knowledgable great response time.Now the bad: the office staff is very rude(except the new leasing person) every time I go in there it seems like they don't care what I have to say. The manager rolls her eyes when you talk to her and gets an attitude.The assistant manager seems not to know her job.
