I have lived at Waterford Landing since 1999. I guess I have been through around five different managers, some good and some bad, but overall my experience has been great. My husband joined the staff last year in the maintenance department -- so I may be a bit biased, however I can assure you that I would not have lived here as long as I have if I did not like it. Most likely in five years I will still be in my apartment and still love my home.

It is often easy for people to criticize others when they have not walked in the other's shoes. Yes, the present manager has alot to learn but as far as I can tell she is trying her best to make up for the shortcomings of previous managers. I think those that criticize should either submit an application for a job or step up to the plate with some suggestions for improvement. You would be surprised how far a kind gesture will go toward solving a problem.

Bottom line: an apartment community will be as good as the residents AND the staff make it. It is, after all, our home, if we treat it as such and work together then everyone can have a great experience.

I have and still do happily referred my friends to these apartments.
