For nearly 3 years i enjoyed a great residence at Waterford. It was well worh the money, and the most space I'd seen in a ong time. Very well maintained. I did however fee the first & previous mgmt co. was a little more personable, and definately more people oriented, instead of stuufy by the book, everyone is a procedure from the mgmt manual. I was tho, treated professionally in the responses the very few, times I needed anything from them.
Overall, I would highly recommend Waterford to all who are relocating to the Nashville area. I plan on returning again soon to Nashville, and have every intent of residing there again!!!!!!
