I have not been much trouble to the staff until I decided to change apartments. Over the last few days I have been dealing with just about everyone in the management staff. They have handled the move very professionally. I am happy with the complex and signed a year lease to show my appreciation of the community. I have yet to need the maintenance staff however I know them personally and watch them go WAY beyond there job descriptions and hours to help the residents and not just the management. If you have rented very long you know that a good maintenance staff really makes the biggest difference to the residents. And with the bugs'' come on! this is the south... there are ALWAYS bugs.. Deal With it!
