It's bad enough that this apartment community finds every little way to charge you for services, but this one tops the cake. I lived at the apartments for a year (looking back, way too long) and recently purchased a home. The mortgage company needed to verify the amount I paid for rent (again looking back, the amount was a joke) and the fine staff will not release the information without, you guessed it, a fee of $25. Wonder what wonderful things they claim this money will be used for. When I first moved in Waterford Landing I thought it was great, but my A/C unit constantly leaked and when I got ready to move I found mold on my walls.....the managment claimed that because it could be wiped off it wasn't mold! And the best response was, the apartment nor me was responsible for the structure of the building....wonder who is'

Oh its not mold.... It merely condensation. What a crock. I had the same problem and same excuse from the incompetent maintenence staff.
