I would like to first say that some people do not read thier lease. If you knew that there was a 60 day notice that has to be given your opinion about a 30 day notice being sufficient, as the last reviewer stated is irrelevant!! If the lease states penalties and such for moving out early, then its out of the hands of the office staff. I have always been able to come in the office and have friendly encounters with the office staff. I have even tried to leave once, and the manager tried to accomodate to my situation as best as she could. She even went to her higher authority during this process. They always have been there to listen and care for the residents at Waterford Landing. Not to mention they throw parties and different activities for the residents during thier own unpaid time. Not to mention that the maintenance staff is GREAT! If I have ever had a problem,they do the best of thier ability to fix a problem and if they can't fix it, they will find a contractor who will. I have nothing but great comments to say for waterford landing. For the other reviewer if you didn't like where the mail boxer were...then why even move there..are you just that lazy' The mail boxes are right in front of the gate that you enter everyday..how hard is it to stop your vehicle and check the maiL' When I origianlly moved here the staff went over every little detail of the lease as I am sure they do for everybody...so normally there are no HIDDEN fees. I would recomend this property to anybody!!! Just remember apartment ratings is a place for mad residents to share their rage with others, probably b/c they are ignorant.

i would like to know what the percentage of the people that complain about their apartment complexes are the ones who always pay late, have lease violations and are just plain idiots.

They will not work with anyone who tries to leave even after the lease has ran out. They hook you with trying to get 3 extra months as well as all the hidden fees.
