Potential residents beware. The office staff is not as competant as they may seem. I went in to see them on Monday 10/20 and set up an appointment (they seem to act like it was in inconvenience btw) to view the property at 1pm on Sunday 10/26. First I never receive any kind of courtesy call confirming the appt. and second my wife and I showed up at 12:55pm and waited until 1:10pm and no one ever came to unlock the office or showed up period (office hours were 1-5pm on sunday). I never even received a call to find out why I did not show up. If the management staff cannot be trusted to follow through on their own appointments how can they be trusted with anything after you move in.

I have lived at Waterford for a year and it is an excellent place to live. The grounds are maintained well and maintenance is terrific. As far as the office staff goes, I have always been able to reach someone and always been greeted with a smile. The staff is very accessible. Did you ever stop to think that the person covering the office on Sunday may have been already showing an apartment to someone else or just out on the property? If someone was late by a few minutes, give them a break, it can happen to the best of us.

Idiot. You (like the mass majority of society) make excuses for unaccountability and untimeliness. Conversley, have you ever considered other people's time is important?
