I have lived in Waterford Landing for 3 years now. This community is quiet, friendly, and the staff is great. There are kids here but they're not loud either, and I am not very kid-friendly. One month I forgot all about my rent (stupid I know), and the staff called to let me know I'd missed the 1st and the 5th. They seemed genuinely concerned about whether I was okay or not because I never pay my rent late. I have no complaints, never have. I recommend Waterford Landing to anyone who is wanting a family/community atmosphere from an apartment complex. Oh yeah, crime is definitely NOT AN ISSUE. Three years and never once had or heard of a robbery, break-in, theft, etc.
