I am a new resident that rescently moved into Waterford Landing this past spring. I have always been hesitant about living in an apartment complex until now. The staff here could not be more curtious or professional. The maintenance in our community is always in top shape. As far as the mud from previous complaint, theres a such thing as a front door, try using that. This is by far the best apartment complex I have ever lived in, and i will continue to refer anyone who asks me where a nice, safe, clean place to live is.They may be a little pricey, but they are well worth it.My surrounding neighbors are young professional adults who never cause any conflict.

Good for you, I am sure your Halloween will be full of surprises. Be careful. The mud , you are right use the front door , thats the problem people don't!!!
