I GUESS NO ONE HAS SEEN THE THREE KIDS SMOKING A JOINT AT THE PICNIC TABLE BEHIND BLDG. 6 TODAY'' DOGS BARKING ALL THE DAMN TIME. THE POOL IS GREAT IF YOU ENJOY BEING AROUND DRUNKS AND BEING UNSAFE. UNDER AGE DRINKING IS VERY POPULAR AT THIS RESIDENCE. BE CAREFUL ON HALLOWEEN, I'M SURE THERE WILL BE SOME "WILD" PARTIES GOING ON (CLUBHOUSE).

You're nuts! I live in building 6 and there aren't any kids smoking a joint outside. I have lived here 2 years in two great apartments. One of them was on the ground floor and I kept my windows open all day during the summer when I was gone. It's a safe and friendly place to live. Also, I have been to the pool on many occassions and seen members of the office staff floating on rafts and having fun (not drinking). They are residents here too and have a right to use the amenities just like us. If you're so concerned about "underage drinking", get on the phone and call the police and let them take care of it. THAT'S NOT YOUR JOB! If you have a problem with dogs or barking, move to a place that doesn't allow pets. I've noticed that usually people complaining on these sites are people who feel they have been "wronged" by having to pay a late fee or required to actually give a written notice to move and clean the place when they move. If you are looking for a great place to live and great management, MOVE TO WATERFORD LANDING!
