My husband and I are very low maintence people and will put up with stuff that other tenants will not. That said, we were happy here. Sure there were things here and there that went wrong but that is to be expected. Repairs were fixed in a timely manner and any concerns of ours were addressed. Their prices are a little much for what you get. The fact that the community is gated is a false sense of security. The gates stay open all day. If someone really wanted in they could just come before six. There was an ant problem, but the staff really did all they could.The pool area is very nice and is very well taken care of. I lived in a top level unit and noise was not really an issue. I have been in some of the lower level aprtments and you can hear people walking above you. All of our neighbors were nice and for the most part very savory people. There was the occational wacky neighbor but that only makes life more interesting. A hospital leases several units per building for it's residents and they were always very nice and curtious people. There has been some staff turnover since I have moved so things could be very different. Overall though not a bad place to call home.
