It is time to move

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
 
Now that the best employee S.D. Bell ever had (Phyllis) has moved on. I cannot suggest living at Northtowne Village.
That woman directly kept NTV afloat.
Since Phyllis left crime has increased and the quality of tennants has sunk.
The new "management" clearly isn't qualified and have a two faced sophmoric elitist attitude.
If you are looking...LOOK ELSEWHERE!
