I moved to Steeplechase last year. With a third floor home, I do have a few steps to walk up and down every day. However the view is soo worth it! My neighbors are so nice and make me feel welcome. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. I had a stopped toilet right after I moved in. The maintenance staff had it working again, less than an hour later. Quality is worth paying a little more in rent. My renewal is coming up in a couple of months and I will renewal at Steeplechase.
