This place is horrible. I could hear everything that my neighbors across the breezeway were doing. Luckily the people next to me were never there. Dirty, not enough parking, not well-lit. About the parking - I was told each apartment was alloted 2 spots. In my building there were 8 apartments and 7 spots...how does that math work out'

Maintenance is okay, generally. I think most of my problems came with the office staff forgetting to tell maintenance to do things - like replace the security lights outside my apartment. I told them when I moved in that they were out and when I moved out when my lease was up they had never been replaced. There are shoddy paint jobs - I lived with a paint spot on my front door the whole time I was there.

Getting back to the management - oh my gosh are they scatterbrained. We did a walk-through when I moved in and then 2 months later they asked me to do one - they had lost the paperwork. When I moved out, I got bills from the trash/pest control company for 3 months after I moved out. I finally called both companies. Speaking of that, watch out for that extra fee. It's only $10 but a big pain in the @$$. Especially since I NEVER saw any pest control and had plenty of spiders and ants, even though I keep things really clean.

Watch out for a 13 page lease and giving a 60 day notice to vacate - even when your lease is up. Also watch out for your rent going up 25% if you go month-to-month.

The grounds are good. Plenty of attention is paid to them - so much so that it's annoying when the equipment trailer is always blocking the road through the complex. But yeah, plenty of flowers and shrubs. That's about the only positive thing I can say about the place.

This is NOT the best place in Jackson to live. Neighbors are really shady, the pool is really small, the workout room is hardly that, and I never knew that the sauna worked. I actually got harassed by one of my neighbors - I always had to look to see if they were around before I could go into my apartment or go check my mail. Definitely look somewhere else - I'd encourage north of the interstate.
