I've lived at Camellia Trace for a year and a half. At first, it was a great place to live. The management was professional and always ready to remedy any situation. There were two full time maintenance men. The grounds were kept up beautifully. However, since December of 2005, new management has come in. I have nothing good to say about them. Since then, the place is a dump--trash all around, dumpster overflowing, no one ever answers the phone and the only time I've ever seen the new "sole" maintenance person, he's sitting in a chair in the maintenance garage. The fitness room has been closed for a month, the laundry room doors do not work, and it has taken up to four days to get response to a maintenance call. I am in the process of making my complaints known to the owner of the complex. For now, I don't recommend Camellia Trace. It totes itself as luxury living and charges luxury rent; I constantly wonder where my money is going.
