I have lived here since September, 2005 and it has been nothing like I was told it would be. My apartment was not prepared before move-in. The carpet was worn and torn, walls needed repainting. There is no maintenance. My kitchen sink stayed stopped up for two and 1/2 days. I finally fixed it myself TWICE. I didn't bother calling them the second time! Trash and leaves are in the hallways. The dumpster is always overflowing. With all the space in the common grounds area, there is no play area for kids. I am leaving the first chance I get!!!!!!
