I have lived at Camellia Trace since September 2007 and have had no problems whatsoever. All the maintenance calls I made were responded to in a timely fashion. The manager and staff have always been very personable and more understanding than any I've ever dealth with.

Obviously in an apartment you will have "neighbor-noise" but that's not really a problem. You can hear more noise from the parking lot than you can from your neighbors.

Of all the apartments I've lived in be it in Nashville or MS or wherever, I've enjoyed Camellia Trace the most.
