I lived in a three bedroom in Camellia Trace. The apartment itself was ok, however the carpeting was severely stained upon moving in. Their comment was that it would definately be replaced AFTER I moved out. I didn't have too many maintenance issues, but of the ones I did have (missing window screen, broken front door lock, and blown flourescent bulbs) only the screen was ever addressed. When I moved out, the kitchen lights still were blown. (They are the only lighting available in the kitchen area)
As far as noise, I didnt have anyone above me, but they must not be insulated well, because I received a few complaints just from running the washer and dryer.
Parking was awful, it was always full of college kid's friend's vehicles at night. If you came home any time after 8:00 pm you can expect a walk.
The grounds were kept clean of trash, but NOT of dog poop. And they have no rules as far as when people can be outside yelling and screaming. Other tennants would play football and horse around in the commons area near the picnic tables until midnight.
Over all, the apartments themselves are not that bad, but the management team needs to get some things under control. They made a lot of promises but werent willing to follow through on them.
