If you move in you better expect to have to deal with problems yourself. If you have loud neighbors, trash all over the property, things broken, or ANY PROBLEMS AT ALL(and you will have all of this), you will have to take care of it yourself. The management will take your complaint and you'll never hear from them again until rent is due. Management is only interested in making money and filling the apartments with anyone that will move in.

I would rather live in East Jackson (the real ghetto) and pay hundreds of dollars less a month and get the same treatment and nieghbors.

There is a convicted child molestor living right down the street and the management will not bother to warn you about this before you move in. To make this worse, parents let there young children run all over the complex. No one watches them or even cares that this sicko down the street could grab them up at any time.

Everytime you walk in the office you can expect to see judy watching her little television and hardly paying attention to what you need. She will, however, be quick to put a letter on your door when rent is late. But don't expect to see her putting the letter there...she does it in the middle of the day when your at work or late at night when everyone is asleep. She does this because she is scared of the residents she has there.

I wouldn't wish it on my worse enemy to be stuck in a lease here.
