I've lived here since last August and everything's been fine. I live upstairs and am concerned about how noisy it is for my neighbors, but that's about it. They are no longer owned by Sunshine. There are rumors about a rent increase this fall, but according to this rumor the people who bought the complex have also bought up all the remaining livable apartments in Jackson, so you may have no choice. It's very safe here, btw.
