My husband & I have lived here for over 2 years. The first year was ideal. Probably because the manager lived in the apartment behind us. Then the apartments changed management corporations and the manager moved out. Since then it has been a nightmare! One tenant after another has moved into the surrounding units and they are all rude and inconsiderate of those living around them! Management has been contacted twice so far, but the problems still persist. The noise level is so bad, we can actually figure out what movies the downstairs people are watching. Not to mention the cursing screaming fight that wake us up at 5:00 in the mornings! Those are our redneck neighbors. Now we have our getto neighbors that moved in beside us. With their boom boxes in their cars and their numerous children running up & down the stairs in rollerskates! This goes on day & night, 24/7! So if this is what you like, then this complex is for you. Otherwise, don't bother!!!!!!!

Agreed. They could care less and more and more inconsiderate neighbors move in. Funny thing is, none of the current management live at Cherry Grove.
