Priced for their location, not their quality. Paper thin walls, cheap carpet, loud, bad grounds keeping - not even a trash can at the mail area to throw away junk mail! Too many people who are not residents use the pool - very cheap apartments at a very high price due to their location in North Jackson. New Management has done nothing

Yeah, they are lousy. I had a guy drive his motorcycle between the units (the sidewalk area, not beside it) tonight and rev it up. This place is a dump.
