The only thing good is the parking.....

I would not be an advocate of living in this complex. It went under new management recently and things have gone from bad to worse. Everything listed by the others in the last few columns have been a spot on match. The main two things that bother me are as follows:
1) The grounds are never kept up- just waiting to see how bad things get with this
2) I live downstairs thus I am able to hear exactly where my neighbor upstairs is in his apartment. You can hang it up if you are trying to go to sleep and they are walking around in their bedroom; it sounds like the floors are about to give way.
DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!!!!!!
